10 Ideas for a self care day at home

Self care is to integrate wellness that balances mind, body, and spirit, sounds good right? 

We want you to enjoy your own company, to find a moment in your week to spoil yourself, and we want to help you with some tips:

1- Light a candle: we love candles, they provide an amazing ambience and make us automatically feel more calm

2- Soak in a warm bath: this will help you relax your muscles which helps to relieve aches and pains. It also will help you calm the nervous system. Use a bomb of essential oils to your water, lavender is a great one.

3- Face mark: we love the coffee homemade mask. It's an antioxidant-coffee scrub that helps reduce puffiness. Mix 1/2 cup of used coffee grounds + 1/4 cup coconut oil or olive oil. Leave it for 10 minutes and rinse.

4- Listen to your favourite speaker, a peaceful recitation of Quran or nature sound (you can find them on Youtube) while you get dressed.

5- Choose some comfy clothes, feel beautiful, today is about spoiling yourself, remember?

6- Use some Bukhoor or scent to make the room smell amazing

7- Meditation and gratitude are amazing for our mental health, Alhamdulillah we have Salat, so we apply those 2 things in our Salat. Cover yourself for prayer, we have some amazing options here. Take a deep breath and Bismillah...

After your prayer stay in your rug for a few minutes, remember all the blessings in your life, showing gratitude is really good for your state of mind.
